The first payment for a Core Growth or Accelerated Growth monthly plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. A request must be received within 30 days of that first payment. Custom project deposits, third-party costs, later monthly payments, and work already published, delivered, or transferred are excluded. Unpublished work tied to a refunded payment is not transferred.

Outside that bounded first-payment guarantee, payments for digital services, strategy, implementation time, and recurring support are generally non-refundable once the billed work has started or been delivered, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise or a refund is required by law.

Core Growth and Accelerated Growth are month-to-month services with no minimum contract. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled by contacting Architect Web Studio at info@architectwebstudio.com or 801-923-2454 before the next billing date.

A self-service customer cancellation portal is not currently available on this website, so cancellation requests are handled directly through Architect Web Studio.

If a recurring charge has already processed for the current billing period before the cancellation request is received, the cancellation will apply to future billing periods rather than the period already billed, unless a different result is required by law or confirmed by Architect Web Studio in writing.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges only. It does not automatically refund prior payments, completed work, or one-time setup fees.

Architect Web Studio does not sell physical goods through this website, so a physical product return policy does not apply.

Any promotions, specials, discounts, or limited-time offers shown on this website are subject to their stated terms, availability, start and end timing, and the right to modify or end the promotion at any time unless prohibited by law.

You may not use this website or purchase services if doing so would violate applicable United States laws, sanctions programs, export controls, or other legal restrictions.

The website content, branding, copy, layout, graphics, and other materials on this site are owned by Architect Web Studio or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

Clients own approved, paid content and finished deliverables as described in the written project agreement. Architect Web Studio may manage hosting and technical custody while the site is studio-hosted, but will provide a reasonable transfer or export on request. Studio hosting and the related upkeep subscription end after transfer.

Reusable internal tools, generalized systems, pre-existing code, third-party licenses, and other studio materials remain owned by their respective owners unless a written agreement expressly transfers them.

This website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Architect Web Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or particular business results from using the website or its informational content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architect Web Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law is required to apply.
